Hypnotherapy

How it works?

Hypnotherapy works to overcome limiting beliefs held deeply within the subconscious mind, which can stop us from achieving our goals or maximising our full potential. Hypnosis gently quietens the mind, enabling us to access the subconscious. It is in this relaxed state when I make positive and simple suggestions aligned to your goals and agreed with you before the session.

How does it feel?

People typically describe hypnosis as feeling calm, relaxed and familiar to them. There is a reason for this as hypnosis is a natural and safe state that we all enter daily. It can be compared to day dreaming, where you lose interest in the outer world and focus on the inner world or to driving a car when you suddenly arrive at your destination not really remembering the drive itself.

Usage

A therapeutic use of hypnosis to treat a wide range of conditions such as fears, phobias, disorders, habits and limiting beliefs is widely known. It is an extremely versatile tool very effective when used for self-improvement.

Whilst in hypnosis you are entering a state of deep relaxation. It is a state of focused attention and can be very efficiently used for quieting the mind and promoting inner peace. One of many benefits of hypnotherapy sessions is that it gives you an opportunity to switch off from everything around and to bring your attention to your inner self. Tranquillity, empowerment, clarity and positivity are only few words which can describe what you may experience after hypnosis. These feelings can be easily carried back home and projected on others. On many occasions the change happening in you is very visible to people around you making them want to start this journey themselves.
