During the sessions we observe the process and measure the progress. You decide whether you are satisfied and ready to finish or you want to continue. Please contact me to get a better idea of what the best option for you is. We can discuss your requirements and create a plan which is specifically tailored to your needs. The length of the session depends on what we do. Generally, I don’t look at the clock counting minutes, instead I give you as much time as I think is necessary.
Packages
I create customised programmes that work for you – once a week or every two weeks – including bespoke recordings to support your journey and to maintain your new good habits.

Payments & Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be paid in full, in advance, via bank transfer. Payment details will be invoiced and included in your booking confirmation email.
Understandably, cancelations or postponements are sometimes unavoidable. Clients are asked to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should they need to cancel or postpone an appointment otherwise the following charges will apply; more than 48 hours notice = no fee, less than 48 hours notice = 50% fee, no show = 100% fee.
